摘要
目的深入了解创伤弧菌脓毒血症的病变组织细胞超微结构。方法分别取4例创伤弧菌脓毒血症患者下肢病变组织和10只创伤弧菌脓毒血症小鼠主要脏器活检组织进行电镜观察。结果患者下肢病变组织和小鼠主要脏器主要表现为微细胞线粒体肿胀、空泡变性,间质水肿,胶原纤维疏松、溶解,胞质溶解,细胞膜破裂,细胞器散在分布,炎性细胞浸润等。结论创伤弧菌脓毒血症受累组织细胞的超微结构主要表现为炎症性改变,且为多脏器损害。
Objective To investigate the ultrastructure of infected tissues in patients with Vibrio vulnificus pyemia. Methods The biopsy specimens taken from the infected legs of four patients with Vibrio vulnificus pyemia and the major organs of ten mice,including liver, lung, heart, kidney, brain, bowel, spleen were observed with electron microscope. Results The ultrastructure showed that the mitochondrions were swelled and vacuolated,the stroma was edematous,the collagen fibers loose and dissolved,the cytoplasm dissolved,the cell membrane ruptured,the organelles scattered,inflammatory cells infiltrated. Conclusion The histological ultrastructure of tissues in Vibrio vulnificus pyemia mainly showed inflammatory changes, which affected multiple organs.
