摘要
本研究采用SCL-90症状自评量表对广州市各区的400名教师的心理健康状况的调查表明:广州市教师的心理健康状况水平比较低,与国内正常成年人相比较存在显著差异;不同性别教师之间男教师心理健康状水平总体比女教师低,但差异不显著;重点学校教师心理健康水平优于一般学校教师,而且在个别因子上达到极为显著的差异。
Adopting the Self-assessment Form on SCL-90 symptoms, this study carried out an investigation among 400 teachers in Guangzhou on their psychological health and reveals that their psychological health is rather poor. There is obvious difference between their health and that of normal adults at home. On the whole the psychological health of man teachers is poorer than that of woman teachers, but the difference is not notable; teachers in key schools enjoy a better psychological health than those of ordinary schools and some factors even show striking differences.
