摘要
目前我国中小学教师的心理健康状况不容乐观,问题主要表现在教师职业行为偏差、人际交往障碍、生理—心理不良症状等方面。教师的职业压力、专业发展自主意识的缺失、社会支持系统的不完善是影响中小学教师心理健康的主要因素,因此,应通过建立良好的社会支持系统,强调教师专业增权,减少来自科层制压力,倡导中小学教师心理健康自我维护等策略,营造出适宜教师发展的和谐心理气氛,提高教师的心理健康水平,促进教师专业发展。
The teachers' mental health condition of primary and junior high schools allows of no optimism currently. The problems mainly lie in the teachers occupation disruptive behavior, the obstacle to the human relations, bad symptom of physiology and psychology etc. The teachers occupation pressure, the imperfection of independent consciousness and society support influence primary and junior school teachers' mental health. Therefore, we should establish good society support system, emphasize professional development of the teachers, decrease the pressure from different courses, initiate the ego supports of the teachers' mental health, construct the hasrmonious atmosphere of the teachers' development, improve the teachers' mental health level, and promote the teachers' professional development.
