摘要
本研究对116名特级教师和197名普通教师的心理健康水平进行了调查研究。结果显示:特级教师心理健康水平显著优于普通教师,其心理健康水平与全国常模无明显差异;普通教师心理健康水平显著低于全国常模。特级教师心理健康水平无性别、教段差异;普通教师心理健康水平性别差异不大,教段差异显著。
The research on mental health state between 116 special- grade teachers and 197 ordinary teachers shows: (1)spacial- grade teachers' mental health state is better than ordinary teachers without any significant difference cornpared with the national norm while ordinary teachers's mental health level is lower than the national norm; (2) special- grade teachers, mental health state has no significant difference in gender and school stages while ordinary teachers' s has significant difference in school stages and slight difference in gender.
