摘要
针对现有高职导师制的不足而提出的"导师+项目+团队"模式,强化了项目的开放性、学习的主动性、方式的真实性,使得导师导向性更加明确,教学目的性更强,更加强调团队学习。温州科技职业学院的探索与实践显示,该模式使学生的专业能力、创业能力、创新能力、服务能力都得到了发展和提高。
It put forward the cultivating model of'Tutor+ Program +Team'to make up for the deficiencies of the tutorial system in the higher vocational colleges.It could strengthen the openness of project,the initiative of study,the truth of pattern,to make the guidance of tutors more explicit,the purpose of teaching clearer,the team learning more effective.The explorations and practices of Wenzhou Vocational College of Science&Technology showed that,the model developed the students' abilities of profession,entrepreneurship,innovation and serving.
