摘要
近年来,本科生发表高水平科研论文的新闻时有报道,为所在的高校既增加了曝光率,又获得培养人才水平高的社会认同。这是在传统的本科教育模式下鲜有发生的。经调查,能发表高水平论文的本科生通常在大学二年级甚至一年级就进驻了高校老师的实验室,跟随研究生甚至博士生共同围绕某一具体问题做研究。但这样的学生为广大本科生的少数。因此,为了探求此类事情发生的原因,本文以信息科学与工程学院电子信息工程、物联网等专业的老师及四年级的学生共124人为对象,围绕本科教育下导师制培养模式展开调查研究,针对学生进驻实验室的时间、研究内容的难易以及最终的成果之间的关系进行调查,最终获得导师制的最优运行模式。
In recent years,it has been reported that undergraduates publish high-level scientific research papers,which not only increases the exposure rate,but also gains the social recognition of cultivating high-level talents.This is a rare occurrence in the traditional undergraduate education model.After investigation,the undergraduate who can publish high-level thesis usually arrives at the University Teacher’s laboratory in the second or even the first grade of the university,follows the graduate student and even the doctoral student to do the research around a specific problem.But such students are a minority of the vast majority of undergraduates.Therefore,in order to find out the reason why this kind of thing happens,this paper takes 124 students who are teachers of electronic information engineering,Internet of things and other majors in the School of Information Science and Engineering,as well as the fourth grade students Based on the investigation of the tutorial system training mode under undergraduate education,this paper investigates the relationship between the time students stay in the laboratory,the difficulty of the research contents and the final results Finally,the optimal operation mode of tutorial system is obtained.
