摘要
教育链、产业链和创新链的深度融合是推动人力资源供给侧结构性改革的重要支撑,而地方本科高校经济管理类专业作为高等教育体系的重要组成部分,在服务地方经济和创新人才供给方面具有重要作用。文章基于“三链”融合视角,通过问卷调查方法对地方本科高校经济管理类专业创新人才培养现状和问题进行了分析,研究发现:地方本科高校经济管理类专业在创新人才培养方面存在培养目标不明确、培养方向与社会需求脱节、政产学联合度不高等问题。因此,提出明确培养目标、强化“需求导向”的人才培养体系、建立“三链”协同育人模式等对策建议。
The deep integration of the education chain,industry chain,and innovation chain is an important support for promoting the structural reform of the human resource supply side.As an important component of the higher education system,local undergraduate universities'economic management majors play an important role in serving the local economy and innovative talent supply.Based on the perspective of three chain integration,this article analyzes the current situation and problems of innovative talent cultivation in economic management majors of local undergraduate universities through questionnaire survey methods.The study found that there are problems in the cultivation of innovative talents in economic management majors of local undergraduate universities,such as unclear training objectives,disconnection between training directions and social needs,and low degree of cooperation between government,industry,and academia.Therefore,it is proposed to clarify the training objectives,strengthen the"demand oriented"talent training system,and establish a"three chain"collaborative education model.
