摘要
针对南盘江流域水资源现状,分析流域水资源特征,从流域水污染控制、提高用水效率、水生态环境保护和修复、高原湖泊水生态环境治理、水土流失综合治理和健全水资源管理体制等方面,提出南盘江流域水资源保护对策。
According to present water resource conditions of Nanpanjiang River basin,main problems lying in the water environment were analyzed.On this basis,several suggesting measures for Nanpanjiang river basin were put forward,including water pollution control of river basin,developing water use efficiency,water ecological protection and restoration,water ecological environmental control of highland lakes,comprehensive harness of soil and water loss,improving water resources management system.
