摘要
南盘江流域水资源保护和水生态修复与治理是滇、黔、桂三省(自治区)水资源保护规划的重要组成部分,针对南盘江流域水体污染严重、水生态环境恶化及水土流失严重等问题,提出了多角度、全方位的综合治理方案,对其他流域的水资源保护和水生态修复与治理有一定借鉴意义。
Water resources protection and ecological restoration in Nanpan River Basin forms one of the important parts of provincial water resource protection plans of Yunnan,Guizhou and Guangxi.Concerning to the challenges brought by serious pollution,degradation of eco-environment and soil erosion in Nanpan River Basin,comprehensive measures of all round and multi-dimensions are proposed that should provide valuable experiences for water resources protection and ecological restoration in other river basins.
