摘要
为有效加强珠江水质突发性污染风险控制及管理,基于2000—2014年珠江片突发水污染事件统计资料,从时空分布、风险因子、风险诱因等多方面对近年来珠江水质突发性污染风险进行评估,分析识别流域水质突发性污染风险特征,在此基础上分析预测风险发展趋势,提出珠江水质突发性污染风险控制和管理的对策建议。
To effectively strengthen the capacity of the water quality pollution risk control and management in the Pearl River, based on sudden water quality pollution incidents statistics from 2000 to 2014 in the Pearl River, the sudden water quality pollution risk in the Pearl River was evaluated from various aspects, such as time and space distribution, risk factors and risk inducements. Characteristics and development trend of sudden water quality pollution risk in the Pearl River were studied based on the above analysis, and suggestions were provided finally.
