摘要
在合理选材基础上,对普通模具材料进行表面改性是比较理想的工艺方法。作者通过用高能量密度的等离子束对模具表面进行淬火处理,获得了较好的硬化效果,同时变形小,可批量用于简单形状模具的表面处理。
On the basis of using reasonable material, Surface modification to normal die & mold material is an optimal process method. The author gets good harden effect by using high power density beam-plasma to quench processing die & mold surface, and the deforming gets reduced, this method can be used in lots to the surface processing of simple-shaped die & mold.
