摘要
本文借助光学显微镜、扫描电镜和X射线衍射仪,分析了HT20~40灰铸铁于等离子处理后的显微组织特征,并探讨了其形成原因.
The microstructures of the plasma hardened layer on the gray cast iron HT 20-40 after plasma melting processing were examined by optical microscope, scanning election microscope (SEM) and X-ray diffractometer. Experimental ressults showed that a structure with dendritic (M + Ar) and interdendriticaly laminal transformed ledeburite (M + Ar + Fe_3C) was produced after plasma melting processing. Microsegregation of composition and heterogeneity of microstructure were also apparent after plasma melting processing.
