摘要
采用微生物转化法进行cnidilin(8-甲氧基异欧前胡内酯)的体外代谢研究。选取20种真菌对cnidilin进行体外转化,采用HPLC-PDA检测,显示了4个代谢物,将其中的两个放大制备,经1H NMR和ESI-MS推断分子结构,这两个代谢产物为3"-甲氧基-8-甲氧基异欧前胡内酯和5"-羟基-8-甲氧基异欧前胡内酯。
The in vitro metabolism of cnidilin(8-methoxyisoimperatorin) was studied by the microbial transformation method.Twenty fungal strains were chosen for the in vitro transformation of cnidilin.An HPLC-PDA method was used for determination and four metabolites were discovered.Two of them were prepared and identified by 1H NMR and ESI-MS,which are 3'-methoxy-8-methoxyisoimperatorin and 5'-hydroxyl-8-methoxyisoimperatorin.
