摘要
目的:研究白芷总香豆素(AGC)药理作用。方法:运用柱层析方法,首次从白芷中提取总香豆素,并对白芷总香豆素类成分进行了抗炎、镇痛和解痉实验。结果:首次发现总香豆素类成分具有明显的镇痛和解痉作用,能明显对抗热板、冰醋酸所致小鼠疼痛及BaCl2所致兔肠平滑肌痉挛。结论:可为白芷临床应用提供依据。
Objective： To study the pharmacological effect of the total coumarins of Baizhi. Methods： The total coumarins of Baizhi was extracted by column chromatograph and pharmacologic effects have been screened by anti-inflammation, analgestic and anti-spasticity experiments, Results：The total coumarins have obvious analgestlc effect and they can decrease the mice＇s pain caused by hot board and actic acid. The total coumarins also have distinct anti-spasticity effect. They can significantly reparess rabbit intestine＇s spasm caused by BaCl2. Conclusion：The pharmacological effect research can provide scientific basis for Baizhi clinical using.
