随着世界经济一体化的发展,企业竞争面对的不仅仅是国内的各个竞争者,而且还有国外的许多 同行业的竞争对手。面对如是复杂的市场,有效合理整合企业内部与外部资源去参与市场竞争,显然比仅凭本 企业内部资源具有优势。酒店供应链管理正是基于合理整合酒店内外部资源的一种新的管理理论和方法。
With the integration of the global economy, the competition of the enterprises is not only among the domestic rivals, but also among the global ones. Confronted with so complicated market, it is clear that effective and efficient incorporation and utilization of external and internal resources will put an enterprise at an greater advantage than only with internal resources. Hotel Supply Chain management is a new theory and method, which is based on the integration of internal and external resources of hotel.
