摘要
随着现代酒店管理理念的更新,以及我国人口流动加快、酒店业的不断发展,酒店的管理理念创新成为一个紧要的课题。在酒店管理中,人性化管理的模式日益深入人心,成为众多酒店管理中的重要内容。在酒店管理中实施人性化管理,必须要注意培养员工的忠诚度,与员工之间进行良好的沟通,在酒店管理中事事处处要注意到人的因素。对人性化管理的重视,使酒店的管理水平更上一层楼,赢得良好的社会效益和经济效益。
Along with the renewal of the idea of modem hotel management, as well as the continuous devel-opment of China floating population, and the rapid development of hotel industry, the innovation of hotel manage-ment concept has become an urgent topic. In hotel management, humanization management mode gradually winssupport among the people, and becomes one of the important parts in hotel management. Implementation of the hu-manized management in hotel management must pay attention to cultivating the loyalty of employees, good commu-nication between employees. Factors in hotel management should include everything and everywhere. Through themanagement of humanity, the hotel management can be improved and the hotel can win a good social and economicbenefits.
