摘要
从DA连锁酒店采购管理现状出发,对DA连锁酒店采购管理制度、采购管理流程、采购管理人员等方面面临的困境进行分析,结合其采购需要,从采购制度完善、采购流程优化、采购组织管理等角度提出相应对策。
In this paper, starting from the current status of the purchasing management of the chain hotel DA, we analyzed the dilemmas encountered in the institutionalization, process and staffing of the purchasing management system of the hotel and then proposed the corresponding countermeasures from the aspects of institutional improvement, process optimization and organizational management, etc.
