水稻耐紫外线-B辐射的种质资源初步筛选

摘要 通过2年试验,以紫外线-B(UV-B)辐射增强下稻谷产量的变化作为指标,对参试材料进行了耐紫外线能力的鉴定。结果表明,UV-B辐射增强将导致水稻减产;并从100份材料中筛选出耐紫外线B的材料5份,为进一步开展耐UV-B育种奠定了一定基础。 26 rice germplasms with strong tolerance to UV were treated by UV-B radiation to further identify their tolerance to UV-B by analyzing the change of their rice yields.The results showed that UV-B radiation resulted in reduction of their rice yields,and 5 rice germplasms with tolerance to UV-B were selected,which lays a foundation for breeding of rice with tolerance to UV-B radiation.
