摘要
大气中臭氧衰减导致的太阳辐射中UV-B辐射的增强对作物可能产生的生态效应,是近10余年来研究的热点问题。以人工模拟UV-B辐射增强对作物幼苗的形成、营养生长、生殖生长乃至产量的形成及生理生化特性变化、蛋白质及核酸等产生的不同程度的胁迫或抑制效应进行了讨论,并展望了今后采取的研究方法及可能获得的成果。对拓展紫外辐射生态学的研究领域有一定的指导意义。
The reduction of ozone in the atmosphere resulted in the increase of the UV-B radiation in the sun-shine which may have ecological effects on crops. The research simulated the UV-B radiation increasing and commented its threatening or restraining effects on crops at different level, such as seedling formation, nutrition and procreation development, yield, physiological and biochemical characters, proteins and nucleic acids, etc. The research also prospected different methods for further researching, and results may achieve which will instruct for ultraviolet radiation ecology researching.
