摘要
目的探究为脑出血手术患者行集束化护理对其下肢深静脉血栓形成的预防作用。方法方便择取于2013年10月—2015年8月期间来该院进行治疗的100例脑出血患者参与研究,以患者入院接受治疗时间作为分组依据,将其分为对照组与研究组,每组50例患者。所有患者均接受手术予以治疗,在此基础上对照组患者接受常规护理服务,研究组患者则接受集束化护理服务,对两组患者的下肢深静脉血栓发生率、护理满意度、以及术后一周凝血指标变化情况进行分析和对比。结果研究组患者的护理满意度为(94.00%),显著高于对照组(78.00%),组间数据经过计算,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的下肢深静脉血栓发生率为(4.00%),明显低于对照组(20.00%),组间数据在统计学层面进行分析,结果显示差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者术后1周时的各项凝血指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论为脑出血手术患者行集束化护理能够有效预防下肢深静脉血栓的形成,同时提升护理满意度,可扩大应用范围。
Objective To study the preventive effect of cluster nursing on the incidence rate of deep vein thrombosis of patients with cerebral hemorrhage operation. Methods Convenient selection 100 cases of patients with cerebral hemorrhage treated in our hospital from October 2013 to August 2015 were selected for research, the divided into two groups with 50 cases in each according to the admission time, all patients adopted the operation, the control group adopted the routine nursing service on the basis of the operation treatment, while the research group adopted the cluster nursing service, and the incidence rate of deep vein thrombosis, nursing satisfactory degree and changes of coagulation indexes at 1 week after operation of the two groups was compared and analyzed. Results The nursing satisfactory degree in the research group was obviously higher than that in the control group（94.00% vs 78.00%）, and the difference had statistical significance（P0.05）, and the incidence rate of deep vein thrombosis in the research group was obviously lower than that in the control group（4.00%vs 20.00%）, and the difference had statistical significance（P0.05）, and there was no obvious difference in various coagulation indexes at 1 week after operation between the two groups, and the difference had no statistical significance（P 0.05）.Conclusion The cluster nursing for patients with cerebral hemorrhage can effectively prevent the development of deep vein thrombosis, improve the nursing satisfactory degree and enlarge the applying scope.
