摘要
目的研究高血压脑出血患者手术后运用快速康复护理对神经康复状况的优化效果。方法抽取海南医学院第一附属医院在2017年6月—2018年6月收治的46例高血压脑出血患者作为对照组;抽取本院在2018年7月—2019年7月收治的46例同类型患者作为观察组。两组患者的临床资料均完备,且行手术治疗。对照组患者在手术后,采取常规护理干预;观察组患者在手术后,行快速康复护理干预。对两组患者的神经功能改善状况进行评估,且对两组患者的护理满意度和住院时间进行观察和统计。结果在实验结果中,观察组患者的神经功能缺损评分相对低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组患者的护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的住院时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在高血压脑出血患者手术治疗后,采取快速康复护理干预,能够促进其神经康复,改善患者对护理的满意度,缩短住院时间,可将其运用于临床实践与推广。
Objective To study the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing on neurological rehabilitation in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(EH)after operation.Methods 46 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage admitted in the First Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical College from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected as control group and 46 patients of the same type admitted in the First Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical College from July 2018 to July 2019 as observation group.The clinical data of the two groups were complete and the patients were treated surgically.The patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention after the operation,and the patients in the observation group received the rapid rehabilitation nursing intervention after the operation.The improvement of neurologic function in both groups was evaluated.The nursing satisfaction and hospitalization time of the two groups were observed and counted.Results In the experimental results,the neurological deficit score of the patients in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the hospitalization time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion After surgical treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients,rapid rehabilitation nursing intervention can promote their neural recovery and improve their satisfaction with nursing.Shorten hospitalization time,can be used in clinical practice and promotion.
