摘要
目的分析评价针灸联合语言康复训练疗法治疗脑卒中后语言障碍伴抑郁、焦虑的影响.方法该次将该院于2018年2月—2019年1月收治的84例脑卒中后语言障碍伴抑郁、焦虑患者作为研究的对象,按随机抽样法分成两组,其中对照组42例采取语言康复训练疗法,观察组42例则联合使用针灸、语言康复训练疗法,进一步比较两组治疗效果.结果(1)在治疗总有效率方面,观察组的95.24%,和对照组的73.81%对比显著更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).(2)在汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA评分)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD评分)方面,治疗前两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论在临床中,针对脑卒中后语言障碍伴抑郁、焦虑患者,采取针灸联合语言康复训练疗法的效果显著,可改善患者的抑郁、焦虑症状;因此,具备推广及使用的价值.
Objective To analyze and evaluate the effect of acupuncture combined with language rehabilitation training on language disorder with depression and anxiety after stroke.Methods 84 cases of language disorder with depression and anxiety after stroke admitted by our hospital from February 2018 to January 2019 were divided into two groups according to the random sampling method,42 cases in the control group were treated with language rehabilitation training,42 cases in the observation group were treated with acupuncture moxibustion and language rehabilitation training,and the treatment effect of the two groups was further compared.Results 1.95.24%of the observation group and 73.81%of the control group were significantly higher in the total effective rate,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.In terms of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA score)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD score),there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment,the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In clinical practice,acupuncture combined with language rehabilitation training can significantly improve the symptoms of depression and anxiety in patients with language disorder after stroke,so it has the value of promotion and use.
