摘要
目的分析化痰通络汤联合针灸与康复训练治疗对中风患者神经功能修复的效果。方法将我院2016年1月至2017年1月收治的80例中风患者作为治疗观察组对象,采用随机数表法,将全部患者分别纳入对照组与研究组,每组均为40例,其中,对照组采用康复训练治疗法,而研究组采用化痰通络汤联合针灸与康复训练治疗法,治疗一段时间后,比较两组治疗前后的神经功能评分、治疗效果和患者对治疗方式的满意程度。结果治疗前两组的神经功能评分差异不明显,治疗后评分明显提升,但相较于对照组,研究组神经功能评分明显更优。两组的疗效和满意程度比较,研究组的总治疗有效率(97.50%)和满意率(95.00%)明显优于对照组(77.50%,75.00%)。组间差异比较,研究组优于对照组。结论针对中风患者治疗中,在对照组康复训练治疗基础上实施化痰通络汤联合针灸治疗,可提升对患者的治疗效果,改善神经功能,加快神经修复速度,利于提升患者对治疗方式的认可与满意程度,具有加高临床应用价值。
Objective To analyze the effect of Huatan Tongluo decoction combined with acupuncture and rehabilitation training on the repair of neurological function in patients with apoplexy.Methods From January 2016 to January 2017,80 patients with apoplexy were treated in our hospital as the observation group.All the patients were included in the control group and the study group,respectively,with 40 cases in each group.Among them,the control group was treated with rehabilitation training,while the study group was treated with Huatan Tongluo decoction combined with acupuncture and rehabilitation training therapy.After a period of treatment,the neurological function scores of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.The effect of treatment and the satisfaction of the patients with the treatment.Results There was no significant difference in neurological function score between the two groups before treatment,but the neurological function score of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group after treatment.The total effective rate(97.50%)and satisfaction rate(95.00%)in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(77.50%and 75.00%).The difference between the two groups was better in the study group than in the control group.Conclusion In the treatment of apoplexy patients,Huatan Tongluo decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion treatment on the basis of rehabilitation training in the control group can improve the therapeutic effect of the patients,improve the nerve function,speed up the nerve repair speed,is beneficial to enhance the approval and satisfaction of the patients to the treatment methods,and has higher clinical application value.
