摘要
目的分析循证护理结合案例教学法(CTM)在康复科临床护理带教中的效果.方法选取2018年5月—2019年5月于康复科实习的35位实习生为A组,对其实行传统教学法;选取2019年6月—2020年6月于康复科实习的36位实习生为B组,对其实行循证护理结合CTM.对比两组的教学效果.结果B组的理论知识成绩、实践操作成绩为均高于A组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).B组的各项教学效果评分及评判性思维评分均高于A组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).B组的教学满意度为94.44%,高于A组的74.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论在康复科临床护理带教期间采用循证护理结合CTM可提升理论与实践操作成绩,改善教学效果,培养学生的评判性思维,提高教学满意度.
Objective To analyze the effect of evidence-based nursing and case teaching method(CTM)in clinical nursing teaching in rehabilitation department.Methods 35 interns who practiced in the rehabilitation department from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected as group A,and were given traditional teaching methods;36 interns who practiced in the rehabilitation department from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as group B,and were given evidence-based nursing and CTM.The teaching effects of the two groups were compared.Results The theoretical knowledge scores and practical operation scores of group B were higher than those of group A,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching effect scores and critical thinking scores of group B were higher than those of group A,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of group B was 94.44%,which was higher than 74.29%of group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of evidence-based nursing and CTM during clinical nursing teaching in the rehabilitation department can improve theoretical and practical performance,improve teaching results,cultivate students'critical thinking,and improve teaching satisfaction.
