The Application Effect of Team Meeting Style Practical Teaching Combined with Traditional Practice Teaching Method in Rehabilitation Clinical Teaching

摘要 目的研究Team会式实践教学联合传统实习带教法在康复临床教学中的应用效果,旨在改变案例式教学和传统教学的不足,真正实现提高康复教学效果、提升学生实践操作能力的"双赢"局面.方法采用随机便利抽样法选取2018年5月—2020年4月于该院康复医学科实习的康复治疗学专业学生共24名为研究对象,根据教学方式的不同分为对照组(11名)与试验组(13名).对照组学生接受传统实习带教法,试验组接受Team会式实践教学联合传统实习带教法.全部学生在康复医学科实习周期均为1年.观察并比较在康复医学科实习1年结束后两组学生理论与实践操作考试成绩,采用中文版评判性思维能力测量表(Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory-Chinese Version,CTDI-CV)及学习积极主动性量表(active learning state,ALS)评定教学效果.结果实习1年结束后,试验组学生理论考试成绩、实践操作考试成绩均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).教学前,两组学生CTDI-CV、ALS各项目评分及总分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);教学后,两组学生CTDI-CV各项目评分(除寻找真相项目外)及总分、ALS各项目评分及总分均较各组教学前升高,且试验组学生CTDI-CV各项目评分(除寻找真相项目外)及总分、ALS各项目评分及总分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论Team会式实践教学联合传统实习带教法优势互补,能够有效弥补案例式教学与传统教学方式的不足,提高带教老师的教学效率、带教质量及学生行业竞争力,实现真正的"双赢"局面. Objective To study the application effect of Team meeting style practical teaching combined with traditional practice teaching method in rehabilitation clinical teaching,aiming to change the shortcomings of case-based teaching and traditional teaching,and truly realize the"win-win"situation of improving the effect of rehabilitation teaching and enhancing students'practical operation ability.Methods The random convenience sampling method was used to select 24 students majored in rehabilitation therapy who practiced in the department of rehabilitation medicine of the hospital from May 2018 to April 2020 as the research objects,according to the different teaching methods,they were divided into a control group(11 people)and a experimental group(13 people).The students in the control group accepted the traditional practice teaching method,and the experimental group accepted the Team meeting style practical teaching combined with the traditional practice teaching method.The internship period of all students in the department of rehabilitation medicine is one year.Observe and compare the theoretical and practical test scores of the two groups of students after one year of internship in the department of rehabilitation medicine,and use Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory-Chinese Version(CTDI-CV)and active learning state(ALS)to evaluate the teaching effect.Results After the end of the 1 year internship,the theoretical test scores and practical operation test scores of the students in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before teaching,the each item score and total scores of CTDI-CV and ALS of the two groups of students were compared,and there was no statistically significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).After the teaching,the each item(except for the truth-finding items)score and total scores of the CTDI-CV and the each item score and total scores of the ALS of the two groups of students were all higher than before the teaching of each group,and the each item(except for the truth-finding item)score and total scores of the CTDI-CV and the each item score and total scores of the ALS of the students in the experimental group were all higher than those of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The Team meeting style practical teaching combined with the traditional practice teaching method can complement each other and make up the deficiency of the case teaching and the traditional teaching method,then improve the teaching efficiency,teaching quality of teachers and the competitiveness of students in the industry,to achieve a real"win-win"situation.
