摘要
目的:探讨影像征象识别联合案例教学法(CBL教学法)在医学影像学规培教学中的作用。方法:选择医学影像专业规培生120名,随机分为两组,各60名。A组行CBL教学法;B组行影像征象识别联合CBL教学法。比较两组规培生出科考试成绩和教学效果问卷调查结果。结果:B组考试平均成绩高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);B组对教学病例的理解和掌握、对影像征象的把握等比例均高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:影像征象识别联合CBL教学法可加强规培生对影像征象的把握和教学病例的理解,提高影像诊断能力,值得推广应用。
Objective:To explore the role of image sign recognition combined with case teaching method(CBL)in the training of medical imaging.Methods:A total of 120 medical imaging standardized training students were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 60 students in each group.The CBL teaching method was performed in the group A.The image sign recognition combined CBL teaching method was performed in the group B.We comparedthe test resultson completion of a course and the results of questionnaire survey on teaching effect of standardized training students between the two groups.Results:The average test score of the group B was higher than that of the group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The proportion of understanding and mastering teaching cases and grasping image signs in the group B was higher than that in the group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of image sign recognition combined with CBL teaching method strengthens standardized training students'grasp of image signs and understanding of teaching cases,improves the ability of image diagnosis,and is worthy of popularization and application.
