摘要
目的 探讨厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪联合美托洛尔治疗老年心力衰竭的效果及对心功能的影响。方法 以我院2019年2月—2020年1月收治的68例老年心力衰竭患者为研究对象,随机分组。对照组34例采用厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪治疗,观察组34例采用厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪联合美托洛尔治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果 观察组的治疗总有效率为94.12%,高于对照组的73.53%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的左室舒张末内径为(48.13±5.11)mm、左室射血分数为(61.75±5.18)%、左室收缩末内径为(30.21±2.02)mm,均优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的超敏C反应蛋白水平为(7.92±2.19)mg/L,低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪联合美托洛尔治疗老年心力衰竭患者的效果确切,对改善其心功能水平具有积极作用。
Objective To investigate the influence of irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide combined with metoprolol in the treatment of senile heart failure and its effect on cardiac function.Methods A total of 68 elderly patients with heart failure admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were randomly divided into two groups.34 case in the control group were treated with irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide,and 34 case in the observation group were treated with irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide combined with metoprolol.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.12%,which was higher than 73.53%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group's left ventricular end diastolic diameter was(48.13±5.11)mm,the left ventricular ejection fraction was(61.75±5.18)%and the left ventricular end systolic diameter was(30.21±2.02)mm,which were all better than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of hypersensitive C-reactive protein in the observation group was(7.92±2.19)mg/L,lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide combined with metoprolol is effective in the treatment of elderly patients with heart failure,and has a positive effect on improving the level of cardiac function.
