摘要
目的分析曲美他嗪联合美托洛尔治疗冠心病心力衰竭的疗效以及对血浆脑钠肽(BNP)、生活质量水平的影响。方法选取2017年1月~2019年12月收治的62例冠心病心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各31例。对照组曲美他嗪治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合美托洛尔治疗,对比两组患者的治疗疗效、血浆BNP以及生活质量。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,有统计学意义(p<0.05)。治疗前两组患者的血浆BNP、生活质量水平评分对比无统计学差异(p>0.05);治疗后观察组患者血浆BNP水平低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论曲美他嗪联合美托洛尔治疗冠心病心力衰竭,疗效确切,能有效降低患者的血浆BNP水平,提升患者的生活质量水平。
Objective To analyze the efficacy of trimetazidine combined with metoprolol in the treatment of coronary heart disease heart failure and its effect on plasma brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)and quality of life.Methods A total of 62 patients with coronary heart disease and mental failure who were treated from January2017 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,each with 31 cases.The control group was treated with trimetazidine,and the observation group was combined with metoprolol on the basis of the control group.The treatment efficacy,plasma BNP and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,which was statistically significant(p<0.05).There were no significant differences in plasma BNP and quality of life scores between the two groups of patients before treatment(p>0.05).After treatment,the plasma BNP levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the quality of life scores were higher than those in the control group,which was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusions Trimetazidine combined with metoprolol is effective in the treatment of coronary heart disease heart failure.It can effectively reduce the plasma BNP level of patients and improve the quality of life of patients.It is worth popularizing.
