摘要
目的 探究快速康复护理在股骨粗隆间骨折患者围术期的应用效果.方法 选择该院2018年5月—2019年5月收治的股骨粗隆间骨折患者80例,按照护理方式不同分成对照组与观察组,每组40例.对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者采用快速康复护理.对比两组患者的手术各项指标、并发症发生率、护理依从性、护理满意度、护理前后生活质量评分.结果 观察组患者术后的下床活动时间、住院时间、骨折愈合时间、疼痛评分均优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组患者的并发症发生率为7.50%,低于对照组的35.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).护理前,两组患者的各项生活质量评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组患者的各项生活质量评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组患者护理依从性和护理满意度评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 快速康复护理在股骨粗隆间骨折患者中具有较高的应用价值,有助于提升患者的护理质量,促进患者尽快康复,改善患者的生活质量,并减轻患者的疼痛程度,值得推广.
Objective To explore the application effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing in the perioperative period of patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures.Methods 80 patients with intertrochanteric fractures in the hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to different nursing methods,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine nursing,and patients in the observation group received rapid rehabilitation nursing.The surgical indicators,complication rate,nursing compliance,nursing satisfaction,and quality of life scores before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative time to get out of bed,hospital stay,fracture healing time,and pain scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 7.50%,which was lower than 35.00%in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in the quality of life scores between the two groups of patients(P>0.05);after nursing,the quality of life scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing compliance and nursing satisfaction scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation nursing has a high application value in patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures.It is helpful to improve the quality of patient nursing,promote the patient's recovery as soon as possible,improve the patient's quality of life,and reduce the patient's pain.It is worthy of promotion.
