Harris评分法与X射线评分法在全髋关节置换术疗效评价的比较被引量：22

摘要目的比较Harris评分法与X射线评分法在全髋关节置换术疗效评价的差异。方法对62名全髋关节置换术进行随访，并分别用用Harris评分法与X射线评分法进行疗效评价。结果本组62名患者中，Harris得分小于70分的有12例，70-79分的有18例，80-89分的有14例，90-100分的有18例。两种评分有较好的一致性（x^2=15．24，p=0．02）。结论Harris评分法结合X射线评分法可以较好反应全髋关节置换术疗效评价。
