摘要
目的研究快速周转护理模式对股骨粗隆间骨折牵引患者康复效果的影响。方法选取我院2015年3月至2017年7月收治的行股骨粗隆间骨折牵引术患者116例为研究对象,根据护理方案不同将其分为观察组和对照组,每组58例。其中对照组患者接受常规护理模式,观察组患者接受快速周转护理模式。比较两组的住院时间、床边坐起时间、下床活动时间、髋关节功能评分及并发症发生情况。结果观察组的住院时间、床边坐起时间、下床活动时间均明显短于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的Harris髋关节评分略优于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论快速周转护理模式能明显促进股骨粗隆间骨折牵引术后患者病情恢复,且并发症发生率低,值得临床推广。
Objective To study the postoperative rehabilitation effect of rapid turnover nursing mode on intertrochanteric fracture traction patients.Methods From March 2015 to July 2015,116 cases of intertrochanteric fractures traction in our hospital were selected as study objects,according to different nursing schemes,they were divided int observation group and control group,with 58 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing mode,and the observation group received rapid turnover nursing mode.The hospitalization time,bedside sitting time,ambulation time,hip function scores and incidences of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The hospitalization time,bedside sitting time and ambulation time of the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the total incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the Harris scores of theobservationgroup was slightly higher thanthatofthecontrlolgroup,butthedifference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Rapid turnover nursing mode in intertrochanteric fracture traction patients can significantly improve postoperative recovery,with low incidence of complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
