摘要
目的探讨综合康复护理在股骨粗隆间骨折内固定术患者中的应用价值.方法选取2019年1月—2020年11月于该院行内固定术的89例股骨粗隆间骨折患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为干预组(44例)和对照组(45例),干预组采用综合康复护理,对照组接受常规护理,比较两组患者干预14 d后骨折愈合情况、干预前后髋关节功能及手术前后疼痛程度.结果干预14 d后,干预组骨折愈合率79.55%显著高于对照组的55.56%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预组干预后的髋关节功能、步行辅助、疼痛程度、生活能力、活动受限、有无畸形、行走距离评分均显著高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预组术后1、3、5、7 d的疼痛评分均明显低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论综合康复护理模式有助于促进股骨粗隆间骨折内固定术患者术后骨折愈合,改善髋关节功能,缓解疼痛程度,有效改善患者预后.
Objective To explore the application value of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing in patients with internal fixation of femoral intertrochanteric fractures.Methods A total of 89 patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures who underwent internal fixation in the hospital from January 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the research objects,and divided into a intervention group(44 cases)and a control group(45 cases)according to the random number table method.The intervention group received comprehensive rehabilitation nursing,while the control group received routine nursing.The fracture healing after 14 days of intervention,hip function before and after the intervention,and the pain degree before and after the operation were compared between the two groups of patients.Results After 14 days of intervention,the fracture healing rate of the intervention group was 79.55%,which was significantly higher than 55.56%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of hip function,walking assistance,pain degree,living ability,activity limitation,with or without deformity and walking distance in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain scores of the intervention group at 1,3,5,and 7 days after operation were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive rehabilitation nursing model helps to promote postoperative fracture healing,improve hip function,relieve pain degree,and effectively improve the prognosis of patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures.
