下肢智能反馈训练系统配合头针疗法治疗脑卒中患者步行功能障碍的效果

Effect of Lower Limb Intelligent Feedback Training System Combined with Cephalic Acupuncture Therapy on Walking Dysfunction in Stroke Patients

摘要 目的探讨脑卒中患者采用下肢智能反馈训练系统配合头针疗法治疗的效果及对步行功能障碍的影响.方法选取该院2018年1月—2020年12月收治的脑卒中患者80例为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为两组,观察组与对照组,各40例.对照组采用下肢智能反馈训练系统疗法,观察组在此基础上配合头针疗法.对比两组疗效.结果治疗后,观察组患者的步长长于对照组步速快于对照组,步宽明显短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组患者的简化Fugl-Meyer量表评分及Berg量表评分均明显高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论采用下肢智能反馈训练系统配合头针疗法可显著改善脑卒中患者的步行功能障碍,提升其步行能力,临床价值显著. Objective To investigate the effect of lower extremity intelligent feedback training system combined with cephalic acupuncture therapy in stroke patients and its influence on walking dysfunction.Methods 80 cases of stroke patients admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 40 cases in the observation group and 40 cases in the control group.The control group was treated with lower limb intelligent feedback training system,and the observation group was treated with head acupuncture on this basis.The effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the step length patients in the observation group was longer than that of the control group,the stride speed was faster than that in the control group,and the step width was significantly shorter than that in the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of simplified Fugl-Meyer scale and Berg scale in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The lower limb intelligent feedback training system combined with scalp acupuncture therapy can significantly improve the walking dysfunction of stroke patients and improve their walking ability,which has significant clinical value.
