MOTOmed智能运动训练对恢复期脑卒中患者下肢功能障碍的疗效

Effect of MOTOmed intelligent exercise training on lower limb dysfunction in convalescent stroke patients

摘要 目的探讨MOTOmed智能训练系统应用于恢复期脑卒中下肢功能障碍患者的疗效。方法选取2017-12-06-2019-12-22我院收治的131例脑卒中(恢复期)肢体功能障碍患者作为研究对象。按照组间基线特征匹配的原则分为观察组(n=66)和对照组(n=65)。对照组予以痉挛肌电刺激和基础康复训练,观察组在对照组的基础上增加MOTOmed智能运动训练。观察两组患者干预前、干预1个月末和3个月末下肢肌痉挛程度、平衡功能和步行能力。结果干预3个月末MAS评分观察组为(2.21±0.22)分,对照组为(2.73±0.31)分,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;患肢稳定性观察组为(33.45±2.71)分,对照组为(36.57±2.60)分,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;患肢承重观察组为(44.28±2.94)分,对照组为(40.62±3.26)分,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;FAC观察组为(3.92±0.70)分,对照组为(2.84±0.68)分,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;TUGT观察组为(19.41±3.17)分,对照组为(23.01±3.47)分,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;10m MWS观察组为(27.98±4.85)分,对照组为(32.76±5.75)分,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论MOTOmed智能运动训练应用于恢复期脑卒中患者中,通过改善患者远期下肢肌痉挛程度、平衡功能,从而有效提高患者远期步行能力。 Objective To apply MOTOmed intelligent training system to the patients with lower extremity dysfunction in convalescence stroke and discuss its efficacy.Methods Totally 131 patients with cerebral apoplexy(convalescence)with limb dysfunction admitted to our hospital on December 6,2017 and December 22,2019 were selected as study subjects.According to the principle of baseline feature matching between groups,the patients were divided into observation group(n=66)and control group(n=65).The control group received spasmodic myoelectric stimulation and basic rehabilitation training,while the observation group increased MOTOmed intelligent exercise training on the basis of the control group.The degree of lower extremity muscle spasm,balance function and walking ability of the two groups were observed before intervention,in late January and late March.Results The MAS score at the end of March was 2.21±0.22 in the observation group and 2.73±0.31 in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The stability of the affected limb was 33.45±2.71 in the study group and 36.57±2.60 in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total weight of the affected limb was 44.28±2.94 points in the study group and40.62±3.26 points in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of FAC group and control group were 3.92±0.70 and 2.84±0.68 respectively,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The TUGT group score was 19.41±3.17 points,while the control group score was 23.01±3.47 points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of 10 m MWS study group was 27.98±4.85 points,and that of the control group was 32.76±5.75 points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion MOTOmed intelligent exercise training is applied in convalescent stroke patients,and can effectively improve the patients’long-term walking ability by improving the degree of lower extremity muscle spasm and balance function.
