摘要
目的研究综合性康复疗法对脑瘫患儿的治疗效果.方法选取该院2017年1月—2020年1月收治的脑瘫患儿63例,随机分为对照组(n=32)与试验组(n=31),对照组采用常规康复训练,试验组采用综合性康复疗法.对比两组患儿的治疗效果、运动功能与智力发育情况.结果试验组患儿临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).试验组患儿治疗后的粗大运动功能测试量表、发育商评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论综合性康复疗法在脑瘫患儿中的应用效果显著,能够有效改善患儿的运动功能与智力发育水平,值得临床广泛借鉴.
Objective To study the therapeutic effect of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy on children with cerebral palsy.Methods A total of 63 children with cerebral palsy admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided into a control group(n=32)and a experimental group(n=31),the control group used conventional rehabilitation training,and the experimental group used comprehensive rehabilitation therapy.The treatment effect,motor function and mental development of the two groups of children were compared.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment of children in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The gross motor function measure and development quotient scores of the children in the experimental group after treatment were higher than those of the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation therapy has significant application effects in children with cerebral palsy,and can effectively improve the children's motor function and intellectual development level,which is worthy of extensive clinical reference.
