低能量体外冲击波联合悬吊训练对痉挛型脑瘫患儿康复效果的影响 被引量:1

Effect of Low Energy Extracorporeal Shock Wave Combined with Suspension Training on the Rehabilitation Effect of Children with Spastic Cerebral Palsy

摘要 目的观察低能量体外冲击波联合悬吊训练对痉挛型脑瘫患儿康复效果的影响.方法选取2019年3月—2020年12月该院收治的92例痉挛型脑瘫患儿,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各46例.两组均进行常规康复训练,在此基础上,对照组采用悬吊训练,观察组在对照组基础上采用低能量体外冲击波干预,两组均干预6个月.比较两组干预前、干预6个月改良Ashworth痉挛量表(MAS)评分、粗大运动功能评估表-88(GMFM-88)评分与Berg平衡量表(BBS)评分.结果干预6个月后,两组患儿MAS评分较干预前低,且观察组患儿MAS评分(1.42±0.21)分较对照组的(1.68±0.26)分低,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预6个月后,两组患儿GMFM-88的D区及E区评分均较干预前高,且观察组患儿GMFM-88的D区评分(30.06±1.60)分及E区评分(56.81±2.10)分均较对照组的(27.33±1.52)分、(53.92±2.23)分高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预6个月后,两组患儿BBS评分较干预前高,且观察组患儿BBS评分(40.82±2.19)分较对照组的(37.23±3.27)分高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论低能量体外冲击波联合悬吊训练可降低痉挛型脑瘫患儿肌张力,改善运动与平衡功能,促进其身体康复. Objective To observe the effect of low energy extracorporeal shock wave combined with suspension training on the rehabilitation effect of children with spastic cerebral palsy.Methods 92 children with spastic cerebral palsy who were admitted to this hospital from March 2019 to December 2020 were selected,and the random number table method was used to divide them into a control group and an observation group,with 46 cases in each group.Both groups received routine rehabilitation training,on this basis,the control group was intervened by suspension training,while the observation group was intervened by low energy extracorporeal shock wave on the basis of the control group,and both groups were intervened for 6 months.The scores of modified Ashworth spasticity scale(MAS),gross motor function measurement-88(GMFM-88)and Berg balance scale(BBS)were compared between the two groups before intervention and 6 months after intervention.Results After 6 months of intervention,the MAS score of children in both groups were lower than that before intervention,and the MAS score(1.42±0.21)points of children in the observation group was lower than(1.68±0.26)points in the control group,with statistically significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).After 6 months of intervention,the scores of area D and area E of GMFM-88 of children in both groups were higher than those before intervention,and the GMFM-88 scores of area D(30.06±1.60)points and area E(56.81±2.10)points of children in the observation group were higher than(27.33±1.52)points and(53.92±2.23)points in the control group,with statistically significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).After 6 months of intervention,the BBS score of children in both groups were higher than that before intervention,and the BBS score(40.82±2.19)points of children in the observation group was higher than(37.23±3.27)points in the control group,with statistically significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Low energy extracorporeal shock wave combined with suspension training can reduce muscle tension,improve motor and balance function and promote physical rehabilitation in children with spastic cerebral palsy.
