摘要
目的探究以病例为基础教学(CBS)与以问题为基础教学(PBL)的整合模式在老年保健与康复教学中的应用效果.方法选取2020年1月—2021年1月在本校选修老年保健与康复的学生70名为研究对象,采用掷硬币的方式将其分为两组,每组35名.对照组采用传统模式教学,研究组采用CBS与PBL整合模式教学.比较两组学生的考核成绩、对教学模式的满意度及教学效果良好率.结果与对照组比较,研究组学生的理论知识、实践操作、病例分析成绩均较高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组学生的教学模式总满意度为97.14%,高于对照组的82.86%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).与对照组比较,研究组学生的各项教学效果良好率均较高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论在老年保健、康复教学方面,采用CBS与PBL整合模式教学的作用显著,不仅可提升学生的各项专业技能水平,培养其学习能力、表达能力、协作能力、应急处理能力,还能提高学生对教学模式的满意度,可作为教学的首选方法.
Objective To explore the application effect of the integrated mode of case-based study(CBS)and problembased learning(PBL)in geriatric health care and rehabilitation teaching.Methods 70 students who chose geriatric health care and rehabilitation in the school from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups by coin toss,with 35 students in each group.The control group adopted traditional teaching mode,and the study group adopted CBS and PBL integrated teaching mode.The assessment results,satisfaction with the teaching model and the rate of good teaching effect of the two groups of students were compared.Results Compared with the control group,students in the study group had higher scores in theoretical knowledge,practical operation and case analysis,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the study group was 97.14%,which was higher than 82.86%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the rates of good teaching effect were higher in the study group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In terms of geriatric health care and rehabilitation teaching,the integrated teaching mode of CBS and PBL plays a significant role.It can not only improve students’professional skills,cultivate their learning ability,expression ability,collaboration ability and emergency handling ability,but also improve students’satisfaction with the teaching mode,which can be used as the preferred teaching method.
