摘要
目的分析运动康复治疗对冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者的效果.方法选取2019年12月—2020年12月本院收治的68例冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组、观察组两组.对照组34例采用常规治疗,观察组34例在对照组基础上采用运动康复治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、心功能指标及生活质量评分.结果比较两组的各项心功能指标,观察组治疗后的各指标水平均优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组治疗后的生活质量评分为(87.45±4.21)分,高于对照组的(80.32±4.18)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).比较两组治疗总有效率,观察组的97.06%高于对照组的79.41%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论将运动康复方案应用于冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者中,可显著提升临床疗效,明显改善其心功能,提升生活质量,建议临床借鉴.
Objective To analyze the effect of exercise rehabilitation therapy on patients with coronary heart disease and chronic heart failure.Methods A total of 68 patients with coronary heart disease and chronic heart failure admitted to our hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into two groups,namely control group and observation group.34 patients in the control group received conventional treatment,and 34 patients in the observation group received exercise rehabilitation treatment on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,cardiac function index and quality of life score of the two groups were compared.Results Compared all cardiac function indexes of the two groups,the indexes of the observation group after treatment were better than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group after treatment was(87.45±4.21)points,higher than(80.32±4.18)points of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared the total effective rate of the two groups,97.06%of the observation group was higher than 79.41%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of exercise rehabilitation program in patients with CHD and chronic heart failure can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,cardiac function and quality of life,suggesting clinical reference.
