摘要
目的探讨参附养心汤对阳虚水泛型慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者心功能及炎症反应的影响.方法选取2019年7月—2021年6月我院收治的96例阳虚水泛型CHF患者,其中2019年7月—2020年10月接受常规治疗的48例患者为对照组,2020年11月—2021年6月接受常规治疗联合参附养心汤的48例患者为观察组.两组均连续治疗12周.比较两组心功能、炎症反应、生命质量及不良反应发生情况.结果观察组治疗后左心射血分数(56.31±6.81)%高于对照组,左室收缩末期内径(52.84±4.63)mm、左室舒张末期内径(58.94±6.23)mm、肿瘤坏死因子-α(3.09±0.58)ng/mL、白细胞介素-6(6.73±1.19)ng/mL、明尼苏达心力衰竭生活质量量表评分(26.69±6.85)分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组治疗期间均未出现明显不良反应,肝肾功能、血尿常规、心电图等指标未见明显异常.结论在阳虚水泛型CHF患者中采用参附养心汤治疗是安全可行的,可改善心功能及生命质量,抑制炎症反应.
Objective To investigate the effect of Shenfu Yangxin Decoction on cardiac function and inflammatory response in patients with yang-deficiency water-generic chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods 96 yang-deficiency watergeneric CHF patients admitted to our hospital from July 2019 to June 2021 were retrospectively analyzed,of which 48 patients who received conventional treatment from July 2019 to October 2020 were the control group,and 48 patients who received conventional treatment combined with Shenfu Yangxin Decoction from November 2020 to June 2021 were the observation group.Both groups were treated continuously for 12 weeks.The cardiac function,inflammatory response,quality of life and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction(56.31±6.81)%in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the left ventricular end-systolic diameter(52.84±4.63)mm,the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(58.94±6.23)mm,tumor necrosis factor-α(3.09±0.58)ng/mL,interleukin-6(6.73±1.19)ng/mL,the Minnesota Heart Failure Quality of Life Scale score(26.69±6.85)points were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups during treatment,and no obvious abnormality was found in liver and kidney function,routine blood and urine examination,electrocardiogram and other indicators.Conclusion Shenfu Yangxin Decoction in the treatment of yang-deficiency water-generic CHF patients is safe and feasible,which can improve cardiac function and quality of life,inhibit inflammatory response.
