摘要
目的观察腹针疗法联合中药经典方剂内服应用于慢性心力衰竭阳虚水泛证患者的临床效果。方法选取南宁市邕宁区中医医院2023年7月-2024年10月期间收治的100例阳虚水泛证慢性心衰患者,随机分为对照组(50例,西医常规抗心衰治疗)和观察组(50例,增加腹针和中药经典方剂内服)。治疗4个疗程后,比较两组的临床效果。结果治疗后,观察组疗效及中医证候积分、心功能、炎症指标、生活质量等改善程度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腹针联合中药治疗慢性心衰阳虚水泛证效果显著,值得推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of abdominal acupuncture therapy combined with classic Chinese medicine oral administration applied in patients with chronic heart failure syndrome of water flooding due to Yang deficiency.Methods One hundred patients with chronic heart failure and syndrome of water flooding due to Yang deficiency treated in Yongning District Traditional Chinese Medicine,Nanning City from July 2023 to October 2024 were randomly divided into control group(50 cases,routine Western medicine treatment for heart failure and observation group(50 cases,combined with abdominal acupuncture and classic Chinese medicine oral administration).The clinical effects of the two groups were compared after 4 courses of treatment.Results After treatment,the efficacy of observation group was significantly better than that of control group,and the improvement of TCM syndrome,cardiac function,inflammatory index and quality life were also significantly better than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Abdominal acupuncture combined with classic Chinese medicine treatment of heart failure and water flooding due to Yang deficiency is significantly effective and worth promoting.
