摘要
目的探究综合护理模式在小儿支气管肺炎康复中的应用效果.方法选取本院2020年5月—2021年8月收治的86例支气管肺炎患儿,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组43例.对照组给予常规护理,观察组实施综合护理模式,均持续护理至患儿出院.比较两组治疗依从性、临床症状改善情况、睡眠质量.结果观察组治疗依从性为95.35%,高于对照组的76.74%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组咳嗽消失时间、体温恢复时间、肺啰音消失时间、气促消失时间及住院时间分别为(4.92±0.98)d、(2.18±0.32)d、(3.20±0.54)d、(3.36±0.34)d、(5.49±0.86)d,均短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).护理前,两组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组PSQI评分为(8.72±1.18)分,低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论综合护理模式能够有效提高支气管肺炎患儿治疗依从性,促进临床症状消退及睡眠质量改善,缩短住院时间,利于患儿恢复,可于临床进一步推广.
Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing model in the rehabilitation of children with bronchopneumonia.Methods 86 children with bronchopneumonia treated in the hospital from May 2020 to August 2021 were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing model,which lasted until the children were discharged.The treatment compliance,improvement of clinical symptoms and sleep quality were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment compliance of the observation group was 95.35%,which was higher than 76.74%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of cough,recovery time of body temperature,disappearance time of pulmonary rales,disappearance time of shortness of breath and hospital stay of the observation group were(4.92±0.98)d,(2.18±0.32)d,(3.20±0.54)d,(3.36±0.34)d and(5.49±0.86)d,which were significantly shorter than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the PSQI score(8.72±1.18)score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing model can effectively improve the treatment compliance of children with bronchopneumonia,promote the regression of clinical symptoms and the improvement of sleep quality,shorten the length of hospital stay and facilitate the recovery of children,which can be further promoted in clinical practice.
