摘要
目的探究PDCA护理模式在小儿支气管肺炎的临床综合效果。方法本次纳入小儿支气管肺炎86例,入选时间分布在2015年4月—2017年4月,以随机的方式分成两组,各43例;对照组采取常规护理方法,观察组则采取PDCA护理方法,比较两组护理满意度、时间指标及肺功能指标。结果观察组护理总满意度高达95.35%,高于对照组的69.77%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组住院时间、症状消失时间均快于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。此外,经积极护理,观察组峰值呼气流速、用力呼气量指标水平优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿支气管肺炎应用PDCA护理模式的效果良好,能显著提高护理满意度,缩短住院时间及症状消失时间,改善肺功能指标。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of PDCA nursing mode in children with bronchial pneumonia.Methods86cases of children bronchopneumonia were included.The time of admission was distributed from April2015to April2017.They were randomly divided into two groups,43cases in each group.The control group adopted the routine nursing method,the observation group adopted the PDCA nursing method,and compared the two groups of nursing satisfaction,time index and lung function index.Results The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was95.35%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(69.77%),and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospitalization time and symptom disappearance time of the observation group were significantly faster than those of the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition,the peak expiratory flow rate and forced expiratory volume index in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PDCA nursing mode in children with bronchopneumonia has a good effect,can significantly improve nursing satisfaction,shorten the length of hospital stay and symptoms disappear time,improve lung function index.
