摘要
探讨针对性护理对肺炎患儿住院期间的临床症状恢复时间及并发症发生情况的影响。选取遵义市妇幼保健院儿科2022年1月—2024年10月收治入院的60例肺炎患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组各30例。在统一治疗的基础上,对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取针对性护理,对比两组患儿的护理依从性、疾病转归情况、并发症发生率、肺功能改善效果及护理满意度。结果显示,观察组患儿的护理依从性较对照组高(P<0.05)。观察组患儿各项临床症状的消退时间较对照组短(P<0.05)。观察组患儿的并发症发生率较对照组低(P<0.05)。护理前,两组患儿的肺功能比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);护理后,观察组患儿的肺功能恢复效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理总满意度较对照组高(P<0.05)。研究发现,对肺炎患儿开展针对性护理能有效提升患儿的护理依从性,加快患儿的病情好转速度,降低并发症发生风险,有利于促进患儿的肺功能改善。
To explore the influence of targeted nursing on the recovery time of clinical symptoms and the occurrence of complications of children with pneumonia during hospitalization.A total of 60 children with pneumonia admitted to the Department of Pediatrics of Zunyi Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from January 2022 to October 2024 were selected as the research subjects and divided into a control group and an observation group by the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.On the basis of unifi ed treatment,the control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received targeted nursing.The nursing compliance,disease outcome,incidence of complications,improvement effect of lung function,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of children were compared.The results showed that the nursing compliance of the children in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The regression time of various clinical symptoms of the children in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications of the children in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in the lung function between the two groups of children(P>0.05);after nursing,the recovery effect of lung function of the children in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The study found that carrying out targeted nursing for children with pneumonia can effectively improve the nursing compliance of children,accelerate the improvement of the condition of children,reduce the risk of complications,and is beneficial to promoting the improvement of the lung function of children.
