摘要
目的探讨六君益胃消萎汤联合穴位敷贴应用于Hp阴性慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)患者中的临床效果.方法回顾性分析2021年1月—2022年7月于本院就治的50例Hp阴性CAG患者的临床资料,按照治疗方法不同分为对照组(n=25)和观察组(n=25).对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用六君益胃消萎汤联合穴位敷贴治疗,均持续治疗1个疗程.比较两组胃泌素17(G-17)水平、胃蛋白酶原(PG)Ⅰ水平、PGⅡ水平、胃收缩频率、胃窦收缩幅度、中医证候积分及不良反应发生情况.结果治疗1个疗程后,观察组G-17、PGⅠ水平及胃收缩频率均高于对照组,胃窦收缩幅度大于对照组,各项中医证候积分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组PGⅡ水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).观察组不良反应发生率12.00%与对照组的8.00%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论采用六君益胃消萎汤联合穴位敷贴治疗Hp阴性CAG效果确切,能增强患者胃动力,减轻症状,改善其胃功能,且安全性高.
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Liujun Yiwei Xiaowei Decoction combined with acupoint application in patients with Hp negative chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG).Methods The clinical data of 50 patients with Hp negative CAG who were treated in the hospital from January 2021 to July 2022 were retrospectively analyzed,and they were divided into a control group(n=25)and an observation group(n=25)according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Liujun Yiwei Xiaowei Decoction combined with acupoint application on the basis of the control group,both lasted for 1 courses of treatment.The gastrin 17(G-17),pepsinogen(PG)I,PG II levels,gastric contraction frequency and gastric antrum contraction amplitude,TCM syndrome scores and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 1 courses of treatment,the G-17,PGⅠlevels and gastric contraction frequency in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the gastric antrum contraction amplitude was greater than that in the control group,and the various TCM syndrome scores were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the two group were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in PGⅡlevel between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 12.00%,compared with 8.00%in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Liujun Yiwei Xiaowei Decoction combined with acupoint application in the treatment of Hp negative CAG is effective,can enhance gastric motility and relieve symptoms,improve gastric function,and has high safety.
