摘要
目的分析骨科-康复单元一体化康复在膝关节骨折患者中的应用价值。方法选取该院2020年7月—2022年4月收治的94例膝关节骨折患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组。对照组(n=47)采用常规康复模式,观察组(n=47)在对照组基础上联合骨科-康复单元一体化康复。比较两组患者治疗前后的肢体活动度、运动能力、膝关节功能及临床疗效。结果治疗2个月后,观察组的肢体活动前屈、后伸度分别为(129.32±13.52)°、(8.49±0.85)°,均大于对照组的(118.49±12.01)°、(7.43±0.73)°,Lysholm评分为(34.69±4.43)分,高于对照组的(23.51±3.29)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗2个月后,两组特种外科医院膝关节评分均较同组治疗前提高,且观察组疼痛、功能活动、活动度、肌力、屈曲畸形、稳定性评分分别为(23.53±4.64)分、(8.42±0.81)分、(15.69±2.52)分、(12.32±0.64)分、(8.78±1.42)分,均高于对照组的(19.68±3.61)分、(6.13±0.56)分、(12.23±2.43)分、(10.63±0.59)分、(7.42±1.05)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率为95.74%,高于对照组的82.98%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论膝关节骨折患者采用骨科-康复单元一体化康复疗法的治疗效果显著,能够有效的减轻患者疼痛,提高肢体活动度,改善膝关节功能,促进其运动能力的提高。
Objective To analyze the application value of integrated orthopedic rehabilitation unit rehabilitation in patients with knee joint fractures.Methods 94 patients with knee joint fractures admitted to the hospital from July 2020 to April 2022 were selected as the research subjects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method.The control group(n=47)adopted conventional rehabilitation mode,while the observation group(n=47)combined orthopedic rehabilitation unit integrated rehabilitation on the basis of the control group.Limb motion,movement ability,knee function and clinical effect of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results After 2 months of treatment,the limbs flexion and extension of the observation group were(129.32±13.52)°and(8.49±0.85)°,respectively,which were higher than(118.49±12.01)°and(7.43±0.73)°of the control group,the Lysolm Knee score was(34.69±4.43)points,higher than(23.51±3.29)points of the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 months of treatment,the Hospital for special sugery knee scores in both groups were improved compared with those before treatment,the scores of pain,functional activity,range of motion,muscle strength,flexion deformity and stability in the observation group were(23.53±4.64)points,(8.42±0.81)points,(15.69±2.52)points,(12.32±0.64)points and(8.78±1.42)points,respectively,they were higher than(19.68±3.61)points,(6.13±0.56)points,(12.23±2.43)points,(10.63±0.59)points,(7.42±1.05)points of the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.74%,higher than 82.98%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment effect of integrated orthopedic rehabilitation unit rehabilitation therapy for patients with knee joint fractures is significant,which can effectively reduce pain,improve limb mobility,improve knee joint function,and promote the improvement of their motor ability.
