摘要
目的探讨关节置换术治疗老年膝关节退行性骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法选择2017年8月—2018年8月期间本院收治的50例老年膝关节退行性骨关节炎患者作为研究对象。患者均行关节置换术,比较两组术前、术后膝关节功能、骨关节炎指数和术后并发症情况。结果本组患者术后HSS量表总分(72.35±10.56)分均高于术前(37.28±8.56)分,术后OMAC评分(12.69±3.18)分低于术前(20.52±3.26)分,KPS评分(89.69±8.67)分高于术前(65.38±11.02)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。并发症发生率为12.00%(6/50)。预后良好。结论关节置换术可有效改善患者膝关节功能,减轻膝关节临床症状,有助于患者生活质量提升,安全性较高,临床应用价值较高。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of joint replacement in the treatment of senile knee degenerative osteoarthritis.Methods 50 cases of elderly patients with knee degenerative osteoarthritis in the hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 were selected as the research objects.The knee function,osteoarthritis index and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total score of HSS after operation(72.35±10.56)was significantly higher than that before operation(37.28±8.56),OMAC score after operation(12.69±3.18)was significantly lower than that before operation(20.52±3.26),KPS score(89.69±8.67)was significantly higher than that before operation(65.38±11.02),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications was 12.00%(6/50).The incidence of complications was 12.00%(6/50),and the prognosis was good.Conclusion Joint replacement can effectively improve the function of the knee joint,reduce the clinical symptoms of knee joint,help to improve the quality of life of patients,with high safety and high clinical application value.
