摘要
目的探究骨科康复一体化模式对全膝关节置换术(total knee arthroplasty,TKA)后患者膝关节活动度及功能恢复的影响.方法选取该院2019年5月—2020年5月收治的108例TKA患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组54例.对照组采用常规干预,观察组采用骨科康复一体化模式干预.比较两组干预前后的膝关节主动活动度(active range of motion,AROM)及膝关节美国纽约特种外科医院(Hospital for Special Surgery,HSS)评分.结果干预前,两组AROM及各项HSS评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组AROM大于对照组,疼痛、活动度、肌力、稳定性、功能及屈曲畸形评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论骨科康复一体化模式能够有效扩大TKA后患者的膝关节活动度,减轻疼痛程度,促进膝关节功能恢复.
Objective To investigate the effect of integrated model of orthopaedic rehabilitation on knee joint range of motion and functional recovery in patients after total knee arthroplasty(TKA).Methods 108 patients with TKA admitted to the hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method,with 54 cases in each group.The control group used conventional interventions and the observation group used an integrated model of orthopaedic rehabilitation intervention.Knee joint active range of motion(AROM)and knee joint Hospital for Special Surgery(HSS)scores were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups when comparing AROM and all HSS scores(P>0.05).After the intervention,the AROM in the observation group was greater than that in the control group,and pain,mobility,muscle strength,stability,function and flexion deformity scores were all higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The orthopaedic rehabilitation integrated model can effectively expand knee joint mobility,reduce pain levels and promote functional recovery of the knee joint in patients after TKA.
