摘要
目的探究肝肾不足型小儿脑瘫实施中医针刺结合康复训练的效果。方法30例肝肾不足型小儿脑瘫患儿,以随机数字表法分成对照组和试验组,每组15例。对照组采取康复训练方案治疗,试验组采取康复训练联合针刺方案治疗。比较两组治疗效果以及治疗前后粗大运动功能、下肢痉挛、生活质量。结果试验组治疗总有效率100.00%高于对照组的73.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患儿粗大运动功能评估量表(GMFM)评分均高于治疗前、多伦多临床评分系统(TCSS)评分均低于治疗前,且实验组患儿GMFM评分(195.08±2.35)分高于对照组的(186.96±1.81)分、TCSS评分(6.61±1.02)分低于对照组的(9.26±1.33)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后1、2、3个月,两组患儿日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分均高于治疗前,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且试验组患儿治疗后1、2、3个月的ADL评分分别为(26.46±2.78)、(30.45±2.64)、(38.46±3.48)分,均高于对照组的(23.05±1.78)、(25.64±2.08)、(32.18±2.78)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用中医针刺联合康复训练对肝肾不足型小儿脑瘫患儿进行治疗具有较好的临床疗效,有助于改善患儿肢体活动能力、痉挛情况,并提高生活质量,值得推广使用。
Objective To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in pediatric cerebral palsy with liver and kidney insufficiency.Methods A total of 30 cases of pediatric cerebral palsy with liver and kidney insufficiency were divided into control group and experimental group according to random numerical table,with 15 cases in each group.The control group adopted rehabilitation training regimen,while the experimental group adopted rehabilitation training combined with acupuncture regimen.The therapeutic effect,gross motor function,lower limb spasm and quality of life before and after treatment of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 100.00%,which was higher than 73.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the gross motor function measure(GMFM)scores in both groups were higher than those before treatment in this group,and the Toronto clinical scoring system(TCSS)scores were lower than those before treatment in this group;the GMFM score(195.08±2.35)points in the experimental group was higher than(186.96±1.81)points in the control group,and the TCSS score(6.61±1.02)points was lower than(9.26±1.33)points in the control group;the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).The activities of daily living(ADL)scores at 1,2 and 3 months after treatment in both groups were higher than those before treatment in this group;the ADL scores in the experimental group at 1,2 and 3 months after treatment were(26.46±2.78),(30.45±2.64)and(38.46±3.48)points,which were higher than(23.05±1.78),(25.64±2.08)and(32.18±2.78)points in the control group;the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training has a good clinical efficacy on the treatment of pediatric cerebral palsy with liver and kidney insufficiency.It is helpful to improve the physical activity and spasm of children,and improve the quality of life,which is worth promoting and using.
