摘要
目的探究针灸联合推拿在脑瘫患儿中的应用效果。方法选取本院2020年8月—2023年5月收治的80例脑瘫患儿为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组40例。对照组采用常规康复训练,研究组结合针灸推拿治疗。比较两组患者治疗前和治疗2个月后的语言功能、运动能力、血液流变学指标水平。结果治疗前,两组改良Frenchay构音障碍评定量表评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组改良Frenchay构音障碍评定量表评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组血液流变学指标水平对比,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组血液流变学指标水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组粗大运动功能量表(GMFM)及精细运动功能量表(FMFM)评分对比,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组GMFM评分及FMFM评分分别为(179.72±14.83)分、(151.62±9.48)分,均高于对照组的(169.58±13.48)分、(138.37±8.26)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑瘫患儿应用针灸联合推拿治疗能够显著提高语言功能及运动能力,并有助于降低血液流变学指标水平,可以推广应用。
Objective Explore the application effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with massage in children with cerebral palsy.Methods Selecting 80 children with cerebral palsy admitted to our hospital from August 2020 to May 2023 as the research subjects,divide into control group and study group using random number table method,40 cases per group.Compare the levels of language function,motor ability,and hemorheological indicators between two groups of patients before and 2 months after treatment.Results Before treatment,Comparison of scores on two improved Frenchay articulation disorder assessment scales,there was no statistically significant difference between groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the research group's improved Frenchay articulation disorder assessment scale scored higher than the control group,the difference between groups is statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,comparison of blood rheological index levels between two groups,there was no statistically significant difference between groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of hemorheological indicators in the research group were lower than those in the control group,the difference between groups is statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,comparison of Gross Motor Function Scale(GMFM)and Fine Motor Function Scale(FMFM)scores between two groups,there was no statistically significant difference between groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the GMFM score and FMFM score of the research group were(179.72±14.83)points and(151.62±9.48)points,respectively,higher than(169.58±13.48)points and(138.37±8.26)points of the control group,the difference between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with massage can significantly improve language function and motor ability in children with cerebral palsy,and it helps to reduce the level of hemorheological indicators,can promote applications.
