摘要
目的探讨康复护理结合针灸推拿治疗小儿脑瘫流涎的临床效果.方法选择该院2019年1月—2020年8月收治的脑瘫流涎患儿70例,按照随机数表法分为对照组与实验组,各35例.两组均采用针灸推拿治疗,对照组结合常规护理,实验组结合康复护理.比较两组患者的临床疗效、可进行精细活动率,并采用格塞尔婴幼儿发展量表评价患儿治疗前后的发育商.结果实验组治疗总有效率为91.43%,高于对照组的71.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,实验组患者在唇部运动、舌头运动、咀嚼动作、吞咽动作、语言发音、自主进食等方面的精细活动率均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,实验组格塞尔婴幼儿发展量表中的粗运动、精细运动、社会适应、语言、个人社交评分分别为(55.41±11.28)分、(72.65±11.76)分、(61.52±8.49)分、(55.46±12.13)分、(52.31±12.07)分,均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论康复护理结合针灸推拿治疗小儿脑瘫流涎的效果理想,能有效改善患儿精细活动能力,在促进患儿发育方面的价值显著,值得推广.
Objective To explore the clinical effect of rehabilitation nursing combined with acupuncture and massage in the treatment of salivation in children with cerebral palsy.Methods 70 children with cerebral palsy salivation admitted to this hospital from January 2019 to August 2020 were selected and divided into a control group and an experimental group according to the random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with acupuncture and massage,the control group combined with conventional nursing,and the experimental group combined with rehabilitation nursing.The clinical efficacy and fine activity rate of the two groups of patients were compared,and the Gesell Infant Development Scale was used to evaluate the developmental quotient of the children before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 91.43%,which was higher than 71.43%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the experimental group's fine activity rates in lip movement,tongue movement,chewing movement,swallowing movement,language pronunciation,and autonomous eating were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the gross motor,fine motor,social adaptation,language,and personal social scores of the experimental group on the Gesell scale were(55.41±11.28)points,(72.65±11.76)points,(61.52±8.49)points,(55.46±12.13)points and(52.31±12.07)points,which were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing combined with acupuncture and massage is effective in treating salivation in children with cerebral palsy.It can effectively improve the children's fine motor ability and has significant value in promoting the development of children.It is worthy of promotion.
